Heather grew up in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.A. in International Studies and English in 1991, and graduated from University of South Carolina Law School in 1994. She lives with her husband on Daniel Island.
Elizabeth Hutto Barnhill
Elizabeth was born and grew up in Georgetown, South Carolina. She graduated from Columbia College with a B.A. in Accounting in 1992, and graduated from University of South Carolina Law School, J.D., 1995. She and her husband, Bill, live in Mt. Pleasant.
